The AC Units were so noisy! They will keep you up all night if you leave the unit on, turn it off and you’ll die of heat exhaustion. Horrible place to stay, the entire building smells like fried food from the minute you walk in until the minute you check out. There are resorts here that do NOT charge fees. Don't give your business to these people.

This is the hospitality business and they aren't taking care of people. Rather than fix the problem a supervisor called to argue with me about the resort fees and never offered to fix the issues with the room. I included this issue in the direct rating done for the hotel when connecting to wifi. The bathroom sink was unusable due to backing up. The room was disgusting and had stains all over the place. I attached pictures which show the total fees and price I paid on Groupon.

I don't use the pool, I will park my own car, and I don't need your horrible wifi. Really? I just got off a plane at midnight, drive up to my prepaid hotel room and get hit with these fees. When confronted about the issue, management said it was either I pay the fees or I could sleep in my rental car.

People have got to stop staying at places like this to get them to stop these fees. If they want to charge more then just change your rates. The place is a dump and they have the nerve to charge resort fees for having a pool and wifi? What a joke.
